I hired a public adjuster and he got me all the money I am going to get.
Wrong. I have no problem with public adjusters and I think most of them are doing a good job for their clients. However, I think most of them would admit that because they are not lawyers and cannot threaten the insurance company or TWIA with a lawsuit they cannot get all the money you are entitled to. They can only get what the insurance company wants to pay. I am taking cases now where the public adjuster has gotten all the money he can get out of the claim. I am filing suit and going after all of the damages the public adjuster could not get.
